Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Trade BlocX (tradeblocx.com), operated by M.T.R Garments, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract under Indian law to register an account.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Listings must be accurate, for items you're legally entitled to sell, and must not involve stolen goods, prohibited items, or misleading pricing/descriptions.

We may remove a listing, or suspend an account, if it's reported and found to violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases (e.g. suspected fraud).

Admin-posted listings are marked "Sponsored" so buyers can tell them apart from listings posted by other sellers.

Trade BlocX is a venue that connects buyers and sellers - we are not a party to the sale of any vehicle, property, or item listed on the platform, and payment for the item itself happens directly between buyer and seller, outside Trade BlocX. We don't hold funds in escrow and aren't responsible for the condition of items, the completion of a sale, or disputes between buyers and sellers, though we do take fraud reports seriously (see our Grievance Redressal page).

The only payments that go through Trade BlocX directly (via Razorpay) are subscription plan fees and paid listing promotions, covered below.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose) for the same plan and duration, until you cancel. Renewal is charged to the same payment method on file with Razorpay, at the price in effect for that plan at the time of renewal.

You can cancel anytime from your account before a renewal date to stop the next charge. Cancelling doesn't end your current paid period early - you keep full plan benefits (including any ad credits for that period) until it expires, and no partial-period refund is issued for cancelling early.

Paid listing promotions (boosting a single listing) are a one-time charge for a fixed promotion period and do not renew automatically.

Fees already paid for time you've had access to are non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion for a service failure on our part. Contact [email protected] for any billing issue - we'll look at it case by case.

No fraudulent, fake, or intentionally misleading listings. No harassment of other users. No attempting to bypass fees by taking a Trade BlocX conversation elsewhere specifically to avoid our fraud/reporting protections. No scraping, reverse-engineering, or attacking the platform.

You keep ownership of the photos and descriptions you post, but you give Trade BlocX permission to display them on the platform (and in ads/promotions for the platform itself) for as long as your listing is active.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You can stop using Trade BlocX and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Trade BlocX is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that any listing is accurate, that a buyer or seller will follow through on a deal, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. See our Grievance Redressal page if something goes wrong - we do act on real reports.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Trade BlocX is registered.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
